COMMON RULES WE BREAK
Every couple of weeks we'll change the example and diagrams. Things like options for dropping from a water hazzard or a cart path. A lost ball or immovable obstructions will be detailed. Lets not forget the unplayable ball or undue delay. Will just detail one at a time. Don't want to rewrite the book you probably already have just remind you of the most common lets say mistakes.
THIS WEEK'S RULE
Of the three options most do not pick 1) rehit from spot that got you in trouble in first place. The problem with option 2) is some guys WRONGLY drop anywhere along line A <--> B instead of keeping on line along the flag and point where ball lay. And finally option 3) its TWO club lengths per penalty stroke NOT when you are out of bush. Maybe even with the two club lengths you are STILL in the bush - might be better to use option 1 or 2.
